In
poker
the strategy to winning is not just one. The
drawing luck is what makes poker a hard game
for one to master. However, there are many
people who have mastered it hence it is not
an impossible thing to master. One of the
underlying strategies that can really help
in winning poker is playing as if you can
see the cards of your opponent. If you have
already learnt the other game points, this
strategy can really help you as it is a
strong tip to winning.
Another trait that you need which is
essential in playing poker is being
deceptive. Slow playing and bluffing are
some deception elements that you can employ
in the game. You should try to figure out
and read peoples’ faces. This is helpful in
many situations. Bluffing is actually the
principle deception strategy. This means
that you bluff your opponent into believing
and thinking that you do not have a tactic
for winning but whatever you have is
actually the winning hand. The trick is
bluffing your opponents into believing you
by how large or small your bet is on every
hand or turn.
Ensure that you have a winning hand then bet
above the turns and the flop’s minimum. Do
not begin a hand by heavy betting since the
other players will see your strategy as a
tell. If you are having a bad hand but you
are still determined to win, bet smoothly.
This way, you will show other players that
you have a better winning hand than you
really do. There is also another form of
deception in poker which is the slow
playing. It is a non aggressive play. The
player usually has a bad hand in the game
but he bets very low hence making the
opponents bet. After the other players are
deep in the betting hand, the slow player
goes along with low betting till it reaches
a point where other players feel the betting
hand is too dangerous hence they fold. This
deception of making your opponents fold is
very easy and many people who employ it end
up winning the game |
